Chatting In Forum!

I have recently seen many signs of just chatting in the forums and no actual stuff being written.
I am now adding this as a rule, that you can not just CHAT in the forums.
No 1-2 word spam.
And no short sentances.
I just need Cheezeh's permission.
Cheezeh, please reply.
